10 facts Archives - Everywhere Social Media

Hey I’m Kelley McLees and as the newest member of the team, I’m joining the upstanding, if not embarrassing tradition of penning a blog post where I share 10 ridiculous facts about me! As a recovering journalist, I’m honestly more comfortable reporting on other people, not writing about me, so this is a stretch.

But here’ s a go - The basics: I came to the Everywhere Agency from CNN where I was responsible for curating digital content for CNN’s new interactive TV, CNNgo. Before that I worked at Vail Resorts and mastered the art of skiing and tweeting, often at the same time (Trust me, you did not want to run into me on the slopes!). At the Everywhere Agency, I plan to fully explore how social media can be used towards the greater goal of delivering solid information to consumers and already have found myself knee deep in some fascinating campaigns. And to that end, here’s hoping you’ll find some fascination in these 10 things about Kelley McLees!

Cat lady is my middle name and I’m not afraid to say it. I have two rescue cats, Beans and Buddy.
Mexican food is my favorite, but I will never pass up a hotdog, ever.
My favorite color is orange. As a child, I painted my room bright orange without permission from my mother. As punishment, she made me live with the bright orange for months!
I LOVE to clean. If I could make a living cleaning, I would. (And I’m discovering my co-workers at the Everywhere offices may take advantage of this predilection of mine. Oh well!).
I always wanted to be a stand-up comedian, but I’m finally figuring out that I’m not that funny.
I’m super organized. If you leave something out, I might move it to where I think it should go. This causes problems at home (sorry, honey!). ☺
I really only read autobiographies. Steve Martin, Tina Fey, Jim Gaffigian, and The Reagan Diaries are some of my favorites.
I am SCUBA certified. My first and only dive trip so far was to the Cayman Islands, but my goal is to dive the Great Barrier Reef.
This is slightly embarrassing, but I wear a size 11 shoe. If you know of a great shoe place for ladies with ski feet, PLEASE let me know!

Hello Everywhere World!

Pleased to meet ya – I’m Lynzee Jablonka! It is with a very happy heart that I can introduce myself to you as the newest Digital Account Manager for Everywhere Agency. Bringing B2B and B2C experience, I will be focusing my efforts on the Macy’s Events campaigns—specifically on blogging initiatives. I have been in the advertising world for a little over three years and love everything (well, almost everything) about it. Starting first in the realm of Social Media, I was able to get my feet wet in just about everything from client relations to social media strategy. I got my start at The Zimmerman Agency in Tallahassee, FL where I worked on nationwide brands such as Party City, Nature’s Own Bread, and ClubMed Bahamas. Needless to say, if you need party supplies for the picnic you’re having at ClubMed, I got you.

I love a great elevator speech, but I always find that introducing yourself as who you are, rather than what you do, resonates the best. I absolutely love meeting and speaking with people and hearing their stories. I hope to get to know you all soon, but in the meantime, here are a few things about me that you won’t find on my resume:

I have a slight obsession with Florida State Seminole Football—and I’m not ashamed.
I eat sushi at least once a week. Don’t even get me started on my pizza needs because those are embarrassing.
I actually lead, and value, a very healthy lifestyle regardless of my addiction to food. Bro, do you even lift? I sure do.
I love Facebook, but mostly because I’m a Buzzfeed addict. (And yes, Facebook is still cool).
I make a mean sautéed asparagus, and am not afraid to prove it. Disclaimer: this actually is on my resume, but it is worth sharing.
I won a Huggies Crawling Contest when I was 10 months old—suffice it to say I am only slightly competitive.
Nothing like a good Parks and Rec marathon and fuzzy socks on a rainy day.
After attending Coachella in 2014, I created a music festival bucket list that is sure to take me all over the world! So far, I’ve attended 3, with just 1,000 to go.
My motto? “It’s not the weight of the load that breaks you, it’s the way you carry it.”
I have a fear of growing up and losing my youth—which translates into my enthusiasm for life and living it to the fullest.
