Digital Account Coordinator
Everywhere Agency is seeking an Account Coordinator to do influencer marketing, Social Media community management, and research for our clients. Our ideal candidate has a true passion for the role of social media in PR, marketing and communications, is wildly organized and loves a collaborative team environment. Strong project management skills are a must, as is an ability to coordinate competing priorities in a fast paced, fun environment. Our ideal hire is comfortable and savvy using social media, knows the ins and outs of each platform, and is familiar with other aspects of digital marketing. Since much of this position requires working with influencers and clients, we need a real “people person.” Wallflowers need not apply.
Everywhere is a fast-paced, small, but nimble social media agency with an established client base of Fortune 500 companies. We function much like a start-up despite our six years in the business. The people who thrive here are outgoing, energetic, critical thinkers who love a collaborative team environment. If you’re half geek, half social, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities:
The vast majority of this position will be dedicated to influencer marketing and community management as well as assisting senior team members. You must be able to:
- Build out clever and razor sharp content: everything from story architecture for campaigns to Facebook and Twitter content. This position requires strong, creative writing skills to translate client outlines into short form content. If writing is NOT your jam, do not apply.
- Analyze demographics and research the right influencers for the campaign.
- Track, monitor and report. Everything we do is measurable, so while you need to be creative enough to build narratives, you also have to be detailed enough to complete statistic-heavy, post-campaign reports.
- Take on projects that aren’t necessarily in your job description. Being a small, but nimble agency, we pinch hit for one another and take on additional roles. This requires an enthusiastic attitude and awesome prioritization skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in account service/community management/marketing in social media or related industry. Digital marketing experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ridiculous attention to detail.
- Strong writing, copy-editing and proofreading skills on short deadlines. The ability to draft conversational and informative emails quickly is a must.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing industry, technologies and trends, including ability to manage/advise clients in this area.
- Critical thinker with outstanding analytical capabilities. We’re all about solutions, not problems.
- Deep understanding (and usage) of social media channels, as well as their ad platforms, along with a passion for research, analysis, and reporting on media trends.
- A familiarity with social analytics tools such as Tracx, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, GroupHigh, etc.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for building presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps is a must.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate monthly web/social performance and to communicate metrics/analytics verbally and in written reports.
- An eye for design is a plus!
- Ability to travel nationally to conferences, client promotional events, etc. and represent clients at these functions.
- Ability to manage many different projects at once, from assignment to delivery.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment. This is a team atmosphere!
Note:
- Salary: Commensurate with experience.
- Preference given to local candidates. We will not pay relocation fees.
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to occasionally work on the weekends.
If you are interested in this position, please apply on LinkedIn. Do not email or call about this position.
