Founded in 2009, we’re masters at the art of building content-driven campaigns and strategies that move the bottom line. We help brands create meaningful conversations with their target audience in powerful, measurable ways.
Every day. Everywhere.
Danica founded Everywhere Agency in 2009, with a sole purpose of helping brands build better stories through social media. With clients such as Macy’s, Cox Communications, and Carter’s, her agency is no stranger to big names and big projects. She later launched the blogger network, Everywhere Society, to power the agency’s many award-winning influencer campaigns. One of her agency’s claims-to-fame is that they secured the Guinness World Record for the most socially networked message in their cause campaign #BeatCancer.
As a social media marketer, Danica draws on her extensive background as a television producer and public relations executive. She began her career at Sesame Workshop where she was involved in the international versions of Sesame Street. She went on to become a successful television producer working on such legendary shows as Saturday Night Live, Kids in the Hall and the network, VH1.
She blogs about social media trends on this site and her passion for pies and travel at Danica.me. She’s a frequent speaker at social media conferences and global forums. She’s a founding member of the Influencer Marketing Association and serves on the board of the National Black Arts Festival. She’s an alumnae board member of WOMMA (Word of Mouth Marketing Association), Atlanta Women’s Foundation, and a 2009 graduate of Leadership Atlanta. Danica was the recipient of the 2019 Atlanta AMA’s “Marketer of the Year Award.” In 2018 she received the Atlanta Business Chronicle 2018 “Women Who Mean Business Award.” She’s also a 2015 Womenetics recipient, recognizing the leading women in business in Atlanta.
Kelly’s passion for solving problems, writing, people, and big-picture thinking have helped her build a track record of successful digital and influencer campaigns throughout her tenure at Everywhere Agency. Her role has evolved over the years to now include managing the Everywhere team – leading them to award-winning activations and significant company growth. Kelly is involved with all aspects of the agency, from overseeing operations to being brought in on the ground floor with new clients to determine the proper approach.
Cutting her teeth working in traditional media with Cox Media Group Jacksonville, she grew with the changing advertising landscape by joining Everywhere in 2011 as a Senior Digital Strategist. While working at Everywhere, she has created and executed digital campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients, including IMAX, Cox Communications, Macy’s, UP TV, Autotrader, Heart of Haiti, Promethean, Novelis, and many others.
Kelly attended the University of Florida, where she followed her aptitude for marketing, receiving a B.A. in Advertising with a minor in Art History. Kelly is a member of WOMMA, the AiMA, and was named an honoree in 2017 by Women in Technology as a nominee for Woman of the Year in the Small Business category. She has spoken on the topic of influencer marketing at numerous conferences including The Social Shakeup, Supernova South, the AMA, and the National Communications in Healthcare Conference.
When she’s not in the office, Kelly can be found appreciating local Atlanta art, belting out some Bjӧrk at karaoke, trying new restaurants with her hubby, and loving on her geriatric pug, Tini.
Natalie is what you’d call a “jack of all trades.” She’s a resourceful go-getter, with the need to learn a little bit about everything. (Seriously, her dream is to one day be a contestant on Jeopardy.) Natalie’s passion for marketing came about while working for a small museum in Tampa when she asked herself, “How can we show up on the first page of Google?” – and the rest is history.
Prior to joining Everywhere Agency, Natalie built up an array of experiences in nonprofit communications, event planning, and digital marketing project management. Natalie has worked with a variety of clients in B2B, B2C, and higher education, ranging from TSYS to Carter’s. Natalie joined Everywhere as an account manager, but her role quickly evolved into a new specialty: measurement — making her our go-to digital strategist. Keeping to her mantra of “the fact is, you can only manage what you measure,” Natalie applies digital marketing best practices to influencer campaign strategies, in order to get the most accurate view of influencer impact for brands. Sometimes referred to as “Professor Nat” by co-workers, Natalie’s goal is to educate clients and industry leaders alike on the vast capabilities of influencer attribution.
Hailing from the faraway land of Lakeland, Florida, Natalie is the newest ex-Floridian to join the team. She received a B.A. in classics with a minor in art history from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
When not taking action and curating solutions for her clients, Natalie likes to spend her leisure time exploring Atlanta eateries and coffee shops, perusing the galleries of the High Museum, or cuddling up with her two cats, Laverne and Shirley.
Account Manager
Ellen Guziel
Accountant
Numbers! Math! Accounting, oh my! Everywhere may be a wiz at analyzing data but when it comes to the dollars and cents, we rely on Ellen Guziel.
Since before the days of QuickBooks going Pro, Ellen has been an accounting wiz kid. She cut her teeth as an intern at a mid-sized accounting firm in Chicago, while earning her Bachelors Degree in Commerce from DePaul University. She graduated with honors, immediately securing her CPA and a place in the Entrepreneur Startup Department of Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser, one Chicago’s top 10 public accounting firms. Give her an accounting app and she’ll turn your heap of receipts into a clean-cut ledger. Impressed yet?
Yeah, we were too.
Karan Rhodes
Human Resources Specialist
Karan is what you might call a “people person.” She’s built a career on her ability to help teams and individuals unleash their potential in order for companies to see better bottom-line results.
In addition to serving as Everywhere Agency’s Human Resources officer, she’s the founder of Shockingly Different Leadership, an international talent development and HR consultancy. SDL’s clients include names like Facebook, IHG, Target, and others.
Karan brings an impressive collection of experience to the table with numerous executive positions at the Microsoft Corporation under her belt. While there, she led human capital strategy efforts and the Microsoft Global High Potential Leadership Development programs – which were ranked among the top five in the world by Fortune Magazine and other industry publications.
A Bulldog-Seminole hybrid, she earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Georgia and her MBA – with a triple concentration in organizational development, human resources & marketing – from Florida State University. As if those credentials weren’t enough, Karan is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and trained in leadership assessment tools such as MBTI, DiSC, and the Fascination Advantage.
Karan is involved in numerous professional and nonprofit organizations, including SHRM, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the American Cancer Society.
She lives in metro-Atlanta area with her husband, adorable daughter, and family dogs, Ollie & Pappi. In her rare moments of downtime, she enjoys dinners with family and friends, watching professional and college football, listening to jazz, and giving back to the community.
Good thing that she’s ambidextrous, so she can do multiple things at once!
Holly’s passion for writing began before she can even remember. In high school and college, she would always prefer to write a paper over taking a multiple choice (or the dreaded fill-in-the-blank) test. Before joining Everywhere Agency, Holly spent some time working at companies across the Southeast refining her skills in everything related to content and social media.
After enjoying four years by the beach at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, she graduated with a B.A. in Communications and spent a year in D.C. interning at the Consumer Technology Association. Following her internship, she took a few months off to WWOOF (bonus points for anyone who knows what this is) in Maui, Hawaii, where she got to learn about sustainable farming techniques.
Following her return to the mainland, Holly held a few positions at digital agencies in Raleigh, NC, including Healthgrades and Netsertive. It was there that she refined her skills in social media, SEM and SEO writing.
When she decided to make the move to Atlanta, she found work at Gather, a tech startup in Midtown. It was there that she focused on everything content — blogs, infographics, case studies, guides, the list goes on. After being there for a little over a year, she decided to dive back into agency life and she found her way to Everywhere!
As our Brand Communications Manager, Holly has a bit of a hybrid role at Everywhere. Her time is focused on managing our social media platforms, building engaging content for our social media clients, and developing our blog content strategy.
During her down time, Holly loves hiking and kayaking, marking countries off her travel bucket list, and trying out recipes from Chrissy Teigen’s cookbooks.
